“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.” (Jim Rohn)

Typing is the central part of the work of most of us. Unfortunately, over time it can result in Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI): at first physical discomfort appears and, if untreated, can get worse to the point typing becomes unbearable.

I’m not a doctor and have yet to completely fix my RSI issues. However, in this talk I share some of the theory behind RSI and several tips on how to deal with it (e.g. using cool things like USB pedals).

Please take care of your body, that’s how you can keep doing cool stuff.

When it comes to diversity, I’m aware I’ve used some mispronouned words (e.g. one-man band instead of one-person band). I’m sorry.
