Before development, we took a strategic approach using Design Thinking and Lean Startup principles to identify the optimal direction for the Candidate Portal.
We evaluated Hubert's business assumptions, developed risk mitigation strategies, and explored target customer segments to improve the job-seeking experience.
The workshop culminated in a detailed MVP plan that Hubert's team endorsed as the right foundation for their new business initiative.
Following the workshop, two Lunar designers mapped the user journey and conducted competitive research. Based on these insights, they developed low-fidelity prototypes that enabled our client to validate the product direction and facilitate technical discussions.
Once the initial prototype was validated, one designer created high-fidelity mockups aligned with Hubert's new brand strategy.
